New President of ARCHIMIC Shares Vision for the Future

GOMBAK, 9 January 2025: The newly elected president of Archimic, a student society under the Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED), Muhammad Naqib Iman bin Mohd Nasarudin, expressed both gratitude and determination as he assumed his leadership role in December 2024.

“Becoming the new president is both an honour and a great responsibility. I feel humbled by the trust placed in me and am determined to serve Archimic and KAED to the best of my abilities,” he shared during an exclusive interview.

When asked about his motivation to lead, the president emphasized the desire to make a difference, “My goal is to contribute positively to society and create a lasting impact on the students’ experience in KAED. I saw this position as a platform to address challenges and implement meaningful changes.”

The newly elected leader’s manifesto strongly focuses on student development and welfare. “I aim to enhance student engagement, foster collaboration between societies, and improve resources and support systems. Archimic will focus on being a bridge between students and opportunities while prioritizing their growth and well-being,” he explained.

Muhammad Naqib Iman, who hails from the Department of Architecture, looks ahead to a tenure defined by progress and unity. “I hope to leave a legacy of unity, creativity, and progress. I want Archimic to be remembered for inspiring its members and contributing to a vibrant, supportive community,” he mentioned.

With a clear vision and dedication, the new president’s tenure promises an exciting chapter for Archimic and its members. All eyes are on their leadership as they work towards fulfilling their ambitious goals.
