655 KOE and KON graduands receive their scrolls in 7th session of 40th IIUM Convocation

GOMBAK, 22 November 2024: The seventh session of the 40th IIUM Convocation Ceremony witnessed 500 graduands from Kulliyyah of Engineering (KOE) and 155 graduands from Kulliyyah of Nursing (KON) being conferred at IIUM Gombak, on 19 November. 

Conferment of bachelor’s degrees for Kulliyyah of Engineering graduands:

  1. Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours
  2. Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) (Honours)
  3. Bachelor of Engineering (Biochemical – Biotechnology) (Honours)
  4. Bachelor of Engineering (Communication) (Honours)
  5. Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics – Computer and Information) (Honours)
  6. Bachelor of Engineering (Manufacturing) (Honours)
  7. Bachelor of Engineering (Materials) (Honours)
  8. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical – Automotive) (Honours)
  9. Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) (Honours)

Conferment of bachelor’s degrees for Kulliyyah of Nursing covers:

  1. Bachelor of Nursing (Honours)

Following this session, best student graduates were awarded Kulliyyah awards by the Kulliyyah of Engineering and Kulliyyah of Nursing, and they were:

Kulliyyah of Engineering (KOE) best students : 

  1. Najihah Binti ABD Razak (Overall and Royal Education Award)
  2. Norsyamira Liyana Binti Sulaima (Academic)
  3. Ammar Bin BadrulHisham (Co-Curricular)

Kulliyyah of Nursing (KON) best students :

  1. Siti Sumayyah Binti Ahmad Suki (Overall)
  2. Jezreen Syaza Binti Muhammad Rafi Ravi (Academic)
  3. Noor Maizatul Akma Shaharaan (Co-Curricular)

A total of 655 graduands from Kulliyyah of Engineering and Kulliyyah of Nursing were conferred their degrees by the Honourable Member of the Board of Governors, His Excellency Syed Ahsan Raza Shah. ***
