KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd will have access to RHB Capital Bhd’s (RHBCap) stronger mass-market consumer segment in Malaysia and middle-market investment banking segment in Southeast Asia from its merger with the latter and Malaysia Building Society Bhd, a global rating agency said.
