THE Bersih 4 public rally is scheduled to take place in downtown Kuala Lumpur this Saturday and the organisers want to hold it at Dataran Merdeka. They are fully aware, of course, that this years Merdeka Day celebration is going to be held in that same spot and that preparations are being carried out by City Hall and other relevant authorities to spruce up the place.
