GOMBAK, 14 April 2023: Her Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda The Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah binti Almarhum Al-Mutawakkil Alallah Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj, graced the PTPTN Ramadan Imarah Programme (IMRAN) by cooking Her Majesty’s own recipe of Bubur Lambuk on Tuesday (11 April) at Wadi Budi, IIUM.
As the IIUM Constitutional Head, Her Majesty alongside her daughter, Tengku Puteri Jihan Azizah ‘Athiyatullah also distributed 250 packs of Bubur Lambuk to members of the IIUM top management, other IIUM staff and IIUM students, as well as staff of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN).
In conjunction with IIUM’s upcoming 40th anniversary, the Bubur Lambuk is also named the “Quaker Oat IIUM Chicken Porridge” due to the main ingredients used.
In enkindling the blessings during the month of Ramadan, the programme aimed to enhance the bonds between PTPTN, the management of Institutes of Higher Education (IPT), students and the local community. ***
