For newbies, pre-registration might be one of the scariest things for they might still be clueless what to prepare for their course pre-registration.
Here are some of the tips from me on how to ensure a smooth course pre-registration in IIUM.
Firstly, make sure you have paid your fees a week earlier before the date of your pre-registration course next semester at least for extra insurance. This is important as if you don’t pay the fees, you cannot register your subjects. After you have paid your fees, don’t forget to inform the finance management through their e-mail address.
Secondly, clear out your timetable and don’t do anything at least 10 minutes before. This is very crucial as it will be an intense moment because technically, you are having a war with all students in IIUM to grab limited edition subjects. Anything that will disturb your mind at the moment will surely turn you into a Hulk.
Furthermore, sit where you are, sure the internet connection is always strong to avoid sites loading too slow during registration. This is important as you might want to switch between sites during the pre-registration, therefore, find out earlier, where is the most convenient for you to sit for pre-registration.
Last but not least, set in your mind to be redha and tawakkal if you don’t get the course or section that you want. There is always a reason why Allah does this to us. Sometimes we know why and sometimes we don’t. So, just take whatever you get at the moment and be grateful.
