Have you ever read a book that presented a new message to you every time you opened it? There is a fresh lesson learned, a new takeaway to reflect on, no matter how often you revisit the pages.
That is the Quran. You can read it over and over again, and you are affected in a new way by a new verse hitting you or an old verse each time.
All the individuals living in any place or time and for the whole life of man, the Quran serves as a material and spiritual guideline.
The Quran is a book that gives us a lot of information about how we should behave and treat others and provides words of advice. It advises us to be wary of God, to be righteous, and to give mercy and compassion to one’s fellow brothers and sisters in faith, and to make peace between them.
Of course, in our lives, we need the Quran all the time. From time to time, we all need a little motivation, because life sometimes brings happiness as well as sorrow. It is Allah (SWT) who created us and he is the one who is better than anyone else who knows our nature.
Allah (SWT) loves us more than anything and knows at a given time what is best for us. Therefore, in the Quran, you will find several verses dealing with our natural inclinations and giving us peace when it is most needed.
The remembrance of Allah (SWT) is the best motivation of all. In Islam, Allah (SWT) provides all the answers to our problems and demands through the Quran, Hadith and Sunnah. Allah (SWT) also promises that he will never disappoint human beings.
We will not only be able to bring peace to our hearts through the remembrance of Allah (SWT), but we will also be inspired to continue to pursue the path of justice to achieve the best rewards from the Almighty.
It is important that one not only reads and understands the Quran and what it says to succeed or to resolve sorrow or depression, but he or she must also follow the teachings of the Quran so that the grace of Allah (SWT) shines on him or her, and fully understands that Allah is the all-knowing and the giver of everything, both in this world and at the day of judgment.
