AlSharq Youth Conference falls under AlSharq Forum, the brainchild of Wadah Khanfar, the former Director-General of Al-Jazeera. The forum, with its headquarters in Geneva, aimed to create a new world vision based on interfaith values and principles through spreading political, cultural and economic knowledge amongst today’s youth.

The initiative for Malaysia to host the Forum’s Annual Youth Conference was a good opportunity for young leaders to build networking and exchange ideas. ***
