Dato’ Amiruddin said: “There are five important characteristics of leadership such as trust, critical thinking, consistency, good attitude and honesty. Furthermore, you need to have good persuasion and communication skills to be able to influence people around.”

“If you see a good leader, you always see consistency and good attitude, and a leader must have a critical mind as well,” he added.

Dato’ Amiruddin stressed that a leader must never stop learning. “You all need to set high ambition to reach your goal and build a career.”

Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Noor Hazilah Abdul Manaf from the Kulliyyah expressed her appreciations on the event and described it as “well-organised”.
