Book on “100 Ways to Boost Your Self-Confidence” written by Barton Goldsmith is a very good book for those who lack self-confidence.

Honoured by several professional associations, Dr. Barton Goldsmith is a three-time award-winning psychotherapist, a syndicated columnist and a radio host, and a recognised keynote speaker. He received recognition from the City of Los Angeles for his work with survivors of the 1994 earthquake. He wrote this book for his clients, readers and listeners for them to learn something.

In this book, there are 100 ways to boost self-confidence, from the start until you have your perfect self-confidence. From this book, I can see that the author wants to teach us to be confident all the time, even if we know we are not that confident.

I really love this book. Anyone who needs a boost in growing his or her self-confidence, I will recommend this book, for sure they will find this book a gold mine. It is full of suggestions, ideas and exercises inside on how you can have better confidence especially to talk in front of many people, so you can practice it.

Besides that, Dr. Barton Goldsmith also shared his experiences on how he gained his self-confidence. “Confidence is not about taking over the world; it is about enjoying your world as much as possible. You do not know you can do better if you are not giving a chance to yourself to do better.”

I find this book has a perfect combination of inspiration, motivation and practicality. It is short, with doable ideas that can make a huge difference in the way I feel about myself. Plus, I think this is a wonderful guide to develop more self-confidence and emotional health.

Furthermore, book of “100 Ways to Boost Your Self-Confidence” will show how to discover the essence of our personal power and believe in ourselves. It will also reduce our doubts, increase our self-worth and improve our self-confidence in a better way by changing the way we think about ourselves. And it is about how others think about us.

Last but not least, believe in yourself and others will too.***
