GOMBAK, 7 November 2016 – International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) has been the top choice of parents to send their children to further their studies in higher education, according to comments made by some parents who attended their children’s 32nd convocation ceremony today.
One of the parents stated that this university is the best platform for his son to mingle around with students from various countries.
“My son got exposure to many different cultures other than just academic field. It is an International university, of course, I will recommended to my friends to send their children to study here,” said Kasmin EE Kasim whose son has just graduated from the Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences (KENMS).
On the other hand, the parents also praised the facilities that this university provided for students and visitors.
“This university provides good facilities and it is  located at a strategic place and have easy access. Alhamdulillah, my son did not have any problem while studying in this university. I am very grateful that he could finish his study here,” said Mat Isa Ahmad who hailed from Teluk Intan, Perak.
Another parent, Abdullah Ibrahim from Johor Bahru claimed that IIUM should be the recommended university for tertiary level of education.
The second day of the 32nd convocation saw 1,928 graduands receiving their scrolls.***
