MIC leadership tussle must end

GOVERNMENT institutions, one would think, are intended to facilitate the governance of a country. Should they make a decision, does it not have the force of law? Or, can their decision be contested in a court of law, when the rules informing that decision are clear? These questions are asked specifically in relation to crisis-hit MIC, which is limping from day to day under the burden of an intense leadership struggle, where the decision of the Registrar of Societies (RoS) is being challenged in court.
