KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court rejected an application by online news portal publisher Mkini Dotcom Sdn Bhd and its two editors for a judicial review to change the judge assigned by the Chief Judge of Malaya to hear a libel suit filed by prime minister Najib Razak against them.
