There are hundreds of beautiful islands within Malaysia that we can visit. Among the most popular islands are Perhentian, Redang, Tioman, Sipadan and Langkawi.

Redang Island is located at 45km offshore Kuala Terengganu, the state capital of the state of Terengganu. It is the gateway to Redang and is the most developed in Terengganu.

Redang Island or Pulau Redang is known locally in Malaysia. If you have never heard of it, you are not alone. Even some locals have never heard of this place before but it has become well known today as a beautiful and awesome island.

For those who love diving and taking underwater photographs, Redang Island is among the places that have beautiful sights! We can enjoy great snorkelling, boating, canoeing and scuba-diving where there’s really crystal clear blue sea and awesome underwater world with a lot of different types of corals and sea stars!

We can also see fish chasing each other and swimming in a group that makes this island fascinating and colourful. So, it is a must for us to have a trip and a holiday with families and friends during the weekend or public holidays to this island and enjoy the vastness of the sea, the cool breezes and the breathtaking sunset.

Moreover, we should not miss the opportunity to see the sunrise at this island. Take note that the sunrise at Redang Island varies between the earthly hours around 6:30 a.m to 7:25 a.m depending on the time of year. The sunset is around 6:50 p.m to 7:25 p.m although it is harder to catch a sunset as most resorts are located on the eastern side of the island.

So, we must take advantage of the beautiful place and let’s go and visit Redang Island as soon as possible. Vacation makes us calm and a time to relax!
