GOMBAK, 16 December 2024: The Economics and Management Sciences Society (EMSS) had visited Maahad Tahfiz Al-Quran Al-Ikhwaniah, Selangor with the purpose of helping students who are refugees through counselling and support on 8 November 2024.
“Let us remember the profound impact we can have on these young lives,” said the program manager, Sajid Skider Sunny, in his opening speech. She expressed her gratitude towards her team, sponsors, all the children and others who attended the program.
The first module was the ice breaking session, where the children were put into 10 groups to get to know their team members.
Next module was the “Eco Imagination Challenge”, where the children were given recycled materials and assigned the challenge of innovating something new with them.
The last module was “Mini Olympics”, where it included a variety of entertaining games, such as agility training, mini basketball, and cup passing.
The program was participated by a total of 218 children from the Tahfiz.***
