GOMBAK, 3 October 2021: IIUMToday celebrates its second highest monthly viewership with 45,761 views since its inception in April 2014.
Overall, the campus news portal garnered 500,397 viewership, as of this article is written, with an all-time monthly highest of 48,043 recorded in October 2015.
The top three articles with the highest readership in September 2021 are as follows:
- IIUM issues latest guidelines for returning students, by Ariani Mohd Nor (1,087 reads)
- Ramadan, a blessed month to ‘Tahsin’ Al-Quran recitation, by Liana Zulkifli (1,013 reads)
- ‘Leading The Way’, as beautiful as its name, by Nurul Saadah (507 reads)
The trend of viewership has shown that IIUMToday’s audiences enjoy engaging with breaking news of university affairs, event coverage and lifestyle, and opinion pieces by both students and academicians of the university.
