Obesity in today’s society and how to overcome

It is obviously known that obesity occurs in a condition where a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have a negative effect on their health and have a lot of drawbacks in their daily lives.

In today’s society, it has been stated that if a person’s body weight is at least 20% higher than it should be then he or she is considered obese.

To elaborate further, if your Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 25 and 29.9 you are considered obese too. Other than that, obesity can increase the likelihood of certain diseases such as particularly heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer and osteoarthritis.

Nowadays, numerous people are suffering from obesity because of the food that a lot of us are eating every now and then. People are not paying much heed to their meal and are easily attempted to grab whatever looks good and seems tasty without remembering how much downside  those meals can affect their lives forever.

Here is the major problem, most people are not eating in a healthy way and they do not even bother to exercise at all and try to burn those fats that are accumulated within so long and keep living in their bodies.  Seldom are the people who can try their level best to go to the gymnasium three times a week, jog around their compound either at home or on their campus or even go for a walk.

Sure, eating no healthy food and doing workouts will not prevent anyone of being obese but at least the level of possibility will not be that high.  However, the problem is with those who keep on eating those unhealthy meal such as MacDonald, KFC or Texas Chicken but are also deprived of physical activities.

Besides, it would be reasonable and less fearing if obesity is all about big size body and plenty of fatness in one’s self. The thing that we have to bear in mind is the fact of being obese can thwart everyone to pursue his or her goal in the moment that obesity can cause a lot of diseases and disable one’s self to do what he/she could have done if his or her body size was average.

Due to all of those negative impacts, it would be recommended to everyone to watch  his or her balance diet, since the diet quality can be improved by reducing consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and sugar a suitable diet, to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption.

Drink a lot of water in order to boost the metabolism rate, and of course, exercise as often as you can in order to reduce or diminish the chance of having obesity because the remedy is simple but much more difficult to follow it and stay in line. ***
