Do you sometimes feel you’re left out from the company of your friends? Feeling bored and didn’t know what to do in your life? Feeling down and thinking that this life is pointless? As a human being, feeling of emptiness do exist in us and at time this has made us feel like we cannot have fun like other people.

You might have many kinds of excuses and dark thoughts lingering in your head. As the ‘infection’ continues you keep avoiding other people, feel tired easily, can’t sleep at night, feel stressed out about the simplest thing that makes you feel uneasy.

Do not worry my friend, not only you who have this weird and dark feeling because we all did face that. We all have been through that. The problem is, how do you face it, how do you solve it, and what kind of problem can lead you to this situation?

Before you start to build a car, you must have a plan. The same rules apply in our life, Try to list down things you want to do tomorrow. Some people already have a timetable for their life; when to eat, when to study, when to sleep. Some of them already made it as a mindset.

As for the starter pack, do it slowly, nicely and an easy one. Try to plan the important part of the day, For example, when you want to meet with your friends, what you want to do after meeting with friends and do everything you can to accomplish the task as planned. No matter what happened, these tasks you have listed for today, must be done, even if the task is watching movies.

Talk to Yourself

“Hi I just met you, and this crazy, and here’s my number, call me.” Singing, dancing and talking to ourself are ways to keep us positive and motivated everyday. The main thing is you are happy to do it. It does feel crazy sometimes if somebody there is to see it. If you feel embarrassed or stupid, that’s a good sign. Because you start to know yourself and enhance your self-confidence. Try to smile at the mirror in your room and tell yourself that, you’re lucky to be alive and healthy. Believe in yourself and be grateful to yourself.

Recall Good Moments

Breathe in, breathe out. Take a seat for awhile, try to relax and think but don’t sleep unless you’re already done with all your work for that day. You might feel so stressed out. You feel like wanting to throw and break all the things you see in order to calm yourself. You can do that if you are not grateful for what you have. To be honest, only people who do not know how to handle their emotions would do such a thing. Try to calm down, and think about the good moment you have enjoyed in your life. You would be alright.

Do Something You Like and Love

Passion is one of the best stress killers when you do things you love. If you are living in an imaginative state only you can feel it. You forget everything around you, enjoy what you did and be satisfied with your work. If you have not found your passion yet, that’s even better! You can learn and do everything you want to do, as long as it is healthy. But not resorting to drugs.

Everyone has his or her own way to keep positive and motivated. It is your choice to keep yourself alive from inside and outside. Helping other people can also boost your positive mindset and motivate you to become a better person. Whenever you feel sad, try not to go with the flow. Smile. We are all heroes to ourselves!***
