CONCERTS and international entertainment shows are so strictly regulated in Malaysia that dazzling American singer Mariah Carey, in making great effort to stay on the right course, stuck to wearing a pinkish body-covering attire not unlike the toga worn by Roman parliamentarians of old, when she performed in Kuala Kumpur last year. She made only one outfit change throughout the show in high humidity, discarding a dozen other glittering designs from her wardrobe to be used in the tour, according to someone who is familiar with bringing in foreign artistes to perform in this country.
