GOMBAK, 9 July 2021: Graduan Aspire hits its 11th year running as one of the most exciting career networking events in the nation, but this year due to the pandemic situation, the career fair is hosted virtually through their website.
The four-day event from 9 until 12 July started off with an opening address by the CEO of Graduan, Nabil Marie.
This was followed by a webinar from Axiata which discussed issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Then, the webinar was succeeded by Roche which explored the topic on what makes a great place to work.
After a half an hour break, Nestle analysed what it takes to be a force for good. Next, Lotuss examined what it takes to build a career with them before closing the day with Telekom Malaysia which went into the essence of communication skills graduates should possess.
The success of the first day is expected to continue as the remaining days are also filled with esteemed employers in Malaysia, namely Maybank, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, Sime Darby Oils and many more.
The three days remaining are also expected to be filled with interesting webinars on the current work situation in Malaysia. Some webinars would include discussions on interview tips, hybrid working culture, the present-day workplace, etc.
