GOMBAK, 6 May 2015: Mahallah Asiah’s Representative Committee will hold Rafflesiah Fest: Food Truck Festival in conjunction with Asiah Mahabbah Week 2015 starting from 5 until 8 May near to the gate of Mahallah Asiah. This Rafflesiah Fest is open from 4 p.m until 10 p.m.
Of the attractions are the ‘Food Trucks’ recipes served by by Babarittos, Ayam Kunyit Mat Rock, Teazer, then Abg Deen Fried Chicken, and Pasta La Pasta Food Truck. Apart from that, there will be the famous Gedak coconut shake, Cik Gu Drinks, Char Koey Tiaw, Kelab Leleh, Sotong Raja, Nasi Kukus Ayam Dara and many more at the Rafflesiah Fest!
There were a number of events organised during this festival by such as the opening ceremony on 4 May, self development programme by Counselling Services Centre on 5 May, basic make up and grooming workshop on 6 May, grand solat hajat and yaasin recitation on 7 May, and on 8 May, food deco and bento idea with Chef Azian, motivational talk and grand qiamullail. On the last days, Mahallah Asiah representatives will hold a video-making workshop.
Rafflesiah Fest: Food Truck is another effort by the Mahallah Asiah representatives to raise funds for a humanitarian mission so-called Aceh Humanitarian Trip in June 2015.
