A YOUNG tweeter was recently upbraided for tweeting a photo of an injured person by the roadside. There are various theories on why or how bystanders react, some verging on the Catch-22. It is said that when, say, someone trips while walking, most will just look. Some, like that young tweeter, may want to broadcast his photo to his tweeter-mates. A very small number will come forward to help.
