IIUM Malam Galau Featuring Aziz Harun

GOMBAK, 1 November 2026: IIUM Malam Galau, an engaging session organised by Bursa Young Investor Club IIUM (BYIC) as the highlight of BYIC Fest Closing Ceremony on 1 November 2026, from 8 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. at Main Purpose Hall of Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology (KICT), IIUM, Gombak Campus.

Open to all IIUM students, the BYIC Fest Closing Ceremony highlights Malam Galau as the peak session, featuring Aziz Harun for main performance and Citra Acoustic Band as the opening act. The performance was indeed very beautiful and received great feedback from the audience.

The event started with closing remarks by BYIC IIUM President, Ikmal Fithri, followed by Bursa Investment Quiz Finale which served the purpose to spread awareness and educate the public about investment.

The BYIC Fest consist of 7 programmes in total, with Bursa Malaysia as alliance and Aziz Harun invited as a performer. The President of BYIC and Programme Manager of BYIC Fest, Ikmal Fithri remarked “The biggest challenge is to communicate with all the external parties, our stakeholders and also our committees to ensure that the event will went smoothly”.

“My hope is that in the future BYIC will always grow each and every year to make it bigger so that we can spread financial knowledge and investment awareness to every IIUM student so everyone can get the benefit of it, Insha’Allah”, said Ikmal Fithri full of hope as he will be stepping down from the president position of BYIC IIUM this year.

To conclude, the BYIC Fest was a total success and great achievement for BYIC IIUM with Malam Galau as the cherry on the top.***
