PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has agreed to form a special committee to study Sabahs 40 per cent entitlement of the net revenue collected by the Federal government from the state, Kimanis Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Seri Anifah Aman announced here today.
