My father is a bit of a loose cannon. Sometimes he doesnt pay bills on time and often my brother and Id find him quiet behind plumes of cigarette smoke. He wouldnt let us in on his worries. He was my late grandmas favourite among his seven siblings and can always turn on the charm among the ladies. I recall him being reticent around my uncles but always have aunties and female cousins in giggles. Hes extravagant in the best sense of the word ” cars, clothes and perfumes.
