SUDDENLY, the keywords œslip through and œporous are no longer attributed to the awful defence in the national football team anymore. The connotation has gone beyond the 5-1 drubbing by Vietnam or the 6-0 humiliation at the hands of Oman. It is now about our national border guards being worse. The security men have left gaps so huge, it makes the footballers look so hunky-dory.
