I refer to your report. œImpose higher penalty to avoid wastage of funds, (NST, Feb 13). I agree with the proposal by the (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission) operations review panel that the penalties should be increased to a from 10 years up to a maximum 20 years imprisonment and between 10 and 20 strokes of the rotan.
