KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corporation Bhd (BCorp) has increased its stake in REDtone International Bhd to 20.05 per cent from 12.39 per cent. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Juara Sejati Sdn Bhd, had acquired REDtone shares for RM29.15 million. Tan Sri Vincent Tan is a major shareholder of BCorp.
