KUALA LUMPUR: Amtel Holdings Bhds (AHB) wholly-owned subsidiary, Metrarama Sdn Bhd, has sold a parcel of freehold industrial land in Bandar Glenmarie in Petaling Jaya Swiss Bio Pharma Sdn Bhd for RM18.5 million. AHB had announced on Bursa Malaysia in June that Metrarama had intention to sell land, measuring 4,252 square metres, together with a three-storey office and warehouse building, to Swiss Bio Pharma.
