KUALA LUMPUR: The International Telecommunication Union (ITU)’s Plenipotentiary Conference on Friday, has endorsed Malaysia’s call to improve global flight tracking for civil aviation, following the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 on March 8.
