KUALA LUMPUR: HeiTech Padu Bhd has accepted a letter of award from the Road Transport Department to provide wide area network (WAN) connectivity and services. The value of the one-year contract, commencing July 26 2014 to July 25 2015, is RM10.3 million. Any further renewal or extension of the duration is at the discretion of the government. The proposed transaction will not have any material effect on HeiTech groups net asset for the financial year ending December 31 2014 and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of HeiTech.
