KUALA LUMPUR: CLIQ Energy Bhd yesterday clarified that the company is in negotiations with various parties in relation to the potential qualifying acquisition (QA) asset. œThere are a number of issues being negotiated with these parties, one of which is operatorship, the company told Bursa Malaysia. The clarification followed a news report titled, œCLIQ revises QA plans to become full operators. The oil and gas exploration and production company said it will make the necessary announcement to Bursa should there be any material information and significant developments on any assets for the QA that falls under the ambit of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
