{"id":74292,"date":"2015-05-15T14:00:10","date_gmt":"2015-05-15T06:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=74292"},"modified":"2015-05-15T17:52:24","modified_gmt":"2015-05-15T09:52:24","slug":"mujahid-is-facing-second-charge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=74292","title":{"rendered":"Mujahid faces second charge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>By Muhammad Mustaqim bin Ghazali <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GOMBAK, 13 May 2015: Muhammad Mujahid Mohd Sulaiman, who was found guilty for being one of the speakers during the\u00c2\u00a0&#8220;Pidato Anwar Ibrahim&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0entitled \u015340 Tahun dari UM ke Penjara\u009d last year, is now facing his second charge.<\/p>\n<p>The second charge was for \u00c2\u00a0joining the illegal assembly of \u0153Pidato Umum: Jelajah Mahasiswa, Bebas Universiti, Kerajaan Mahasiswa\u009d by We Unite For Islam (WUFI) on 7 November 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The case was heard at the Office of Legal Adviser (OLA), IIUM yesterday evening.<\/p>\n<p>The third year student said that he was hoping the hearing will be \u00c2\u00a0conducted smoothly when met outside the Office of Legal Adviser, IIUM.<\/p>\n<p>For the first charge previously, he was found guilty and suspended for one semester.<\/p>\n<p>The former\u00c2\u00a0President of WUFI for 2013\/2014 session was one of the three activists from IIUM involved in the illegal rally. Together with him, Muna &#8216;Adila bt.
