{"id":70320,"date":"2015-04-24T07:42:39","date_gmt":"2015-04-23T23:42:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=70320"},"modified":"2015-04-24T19:13:37","modified_gmt":"2015-04-24T11:13:37","slug":"forum-on-promoting-better-understanding-among-malaysians","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=70320","title":{"rendered":"Forum on promoting better understanding among Malaysians"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>By Izzud deen Redzuan<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">GOMBAK, 23 April 2015: A forum titled &#8220;History, Constitution and Religious Harmony in Malaysia&#8221; will be held on 24 April (Friday) organised by Political Science Students&#8217; Association (POSSA), in collaboration with Students&#8217; Representative Council, Gombak\u00c2\u00a0(SRC), History and Civilisation Students&#8217; Association of IIUM\u00c2\u00a0(HISTFORIUM) and Law Students&#8217; Society (LAWSOC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The forum will be held at the\u00c2\u00a0Main Auditorium, KAED (Level 3)\u00c2\u00a0from 9.00 a.m until 12.00 noon.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This forum will be feature Dr. Hafiz Zakariya (Head of History &amp; Civilisation Department), Dr. Maszlee Malik (Department of Fiqh &amp; Usul al-Fiqh) and Dr. Khairil Azmin (Department of Civil Law) to discuss the topic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The registration counter will be open at 8.15 a.m. Star points are given for the attendance.
