EVERY so often lives are lost in vain, one particular instance being road fatalities. In Malaysia, road deaths are increasing rapidly, with more members of the younger generation succumbing to such a fatality. Presently, more than 23 million registered vehicles traversing numerous roads nationwide, some of which are not in the best of conditions.<\/p>\n
