No purchase price was disclosed in statements issued by EDF, BASF, Eni and Gazprom. Eni, owner of a 20 per cent stake, and BASF and EDF, which each own 15 per cent stakes, said theyre recovering their investments in the proposed US$45 billion Black Sea pipeline that Russia scrap-ped this month.
