The benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose by 28.06 points to end at 1,744.05. It opened 7.88 points higher at 1,723.87. The dealer said the local bourse regained its positive sentiment as investors were trying to grab the opportunities for window-dressing. &quot;This positive sentiment was also in line with the regional bourses. &quot;The Hong Kong&#8217;s Hang Seng rose 291.94 points to 23,408.57, Singapore&#8217;s Straits Times added 43.72 points to 3,323.59 and Japan&#8217;s benchmark Nikkei 225 index was up by 13.74 points to 17,635.14,&quot; he said.
