KUALA LUMPUR: A remisier with one of the stock broking companies in Kuala Lumpur, Tiong Kiong Choon, was charged by the Securities Commission Malaysia for insider trading offences under Section 188(2)(a) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. Tiong was charged for disposing 6,208,500 APL Industries Bhd (APLI) shares.<\/p>\n
