The champion that glorified IIUMs name was from \u02dcAnugerah Seni Budaya category; the Gamelan Gema Gangsa group which took home the Ikon Varsity trophy, RM5,000 and certificates of appreciation.<\/p>\n<p>The other three finalists who also managed to take home the consolation prizes were Bro. Muhammad Fikri B. Ahmad, for \u02dcAnugerah Ikon Kesukarelawanan, the CENSERVE Team for \u02dcAnugerah Ikon Khidmat Sosial and Bro. Syed Saddiq b. Syed Abdul Rahman, for \u02dcAnugerah Pengantarabangsaan. He also won the \u02dcAnugerah Pilihan Pembaca Kategori\u00c2\u00a0<em>Online<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ikon Varsiti BH is an inaugural competition organized by the Berita Harian in collaboration with Ministry of Higher Education, initiated to recognize the achievement of students in higher education who excel not only in academic but also co-curriculum activities.
