That should put full-year growth close to the ministrys forecast of 1.4 per cent, said Kritsada Jinavijarana, director-general of the Fiscal Policy Office. In the first nine months, Thailand grew only 0.2 per cent from a year earlier, depressed by weak exports and months of political unrest.
