Arab League secretary-general Nabil Elaraby and UN deputy secretary-general Jan Eliasson inked the agreement yesterday, Xinhua news agency reported. \u0153I look forward to working closely with UN special representative Leila Zerrougui to achieve our common goal: an Arab world where children \u201c the future of our region \u201c can grow up in peace,\u009d Elaraby said.
