Late last month, India torpedoed a deal to simplify, standardise and streamline the rules for shipping goods across borders, known as \u0153trade facilitation\u009d, after it demanded concessions on agricultural stockpiling. \u0153I think that we have an opportunity to restart talks next month,\u009d Azevedo added.
