This extraordinary cafe was founded by Amer Adham Kamaruddin, a young chef with a big dream and dyslexia. Dyslexia, is a condition that robs a person of the ability to read or write. Imagine how deeply challenging life becomes when even words, the very tools of expression, feel like an unsolvable puzzle. With the unparalleled support of his mother, Nor Haslinda Mohd Hanafiah, Amer turned his learning disability into his strength. The love of a mother is such a blessing to have as it is his greatest strength, Amer penetrates all walls of hardship and obstacles in order to achieve his dream. A dream to build a legacy of food and service. The legacy started in Bangi but the caf\u00e9 found a new home in Batu Caves in early 2024, welcoming even more guests into its thoughtful and comforting atmosphere. But Amer\u2019s mission goes beyond raising awareness, he employs individuals with dyslexia, offering them a supportive, judgment-free work environment. Moreover, Dyslexia Caf\u00e9 joined the Gombak Food Fest 2.0 from 3 to 4 June 2025 where you can taste special food from the cafe in a new environment. A chance to taste a masterpiece without traveling to its place of origin is a rare and magnificent privilege. Whether you are dropping by in the morning or afternoon, there is something special waiting for you at the booth.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cafe sold simple traditional food like\u00a0Lempeng with Sambal <\/em>for only RM4 and\u00a0Lempeng with coconut eaten sambal <\/em>for RM5. Also creamy\u00a0Mantao Buttermilk <\/em>for RM6, perfectly paired\u00a0with a refreshing Air Soya <\/em>at just RM3.\u00a0In the afternoon, there was the set of Siput Sedut sold at RM10, <\/em>and the viral tiramisu <\/em>for only RM15 , <\/em>and Air Soya.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
