GOMBAK, 23 October 2024: <\/strong>The Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED) of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) successfully organised a major annual festival called KAEDFEST. It was one of the most eagerly anticipated festivals at the IIUM that attracted attendees within and outside of the university. The event took place from 23 to 27 October at KAED, IIUM.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time it returned with the theme, \u2018Where Imagination Pops\u2019 as this festival features a captivating vibrant theme of Pop Art. The concept of \u2018Pop Art Pulse\u2019 brought visual representation that reflected creativity comes alive and vision of bold expression.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKAEDFEST 2024 is the largest KAEDFEST in history with an incredible 509 committee members who had dedicated themselves over the past three months to make this festival comes to a reality,\u201d remarked by Central Programme Manager of KAEDFEST 2024, Muhammad Amirul Razin.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also then introduced the festival mascot of KAEDFEST 2024 named Daisy. \u201cDaisy embodies the fun and lively spirit of KAEDFEST,\u201d said Muhammad Amirul as most of the programs included various artworks of Daisy being placed on posters, buntings, banners and other decorations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KAEDFEST 2024 offered various programs that were designed to inspire, entertain and connect the people around. The exciting lineup of programs were Dean’s List Award, Sanjaya Heritage Exhibition, Non La Heritage Exhibition, KAED Open Day, Pop Riot, Indoor Baazar & Services, Outdoor Baazar & Food Truck, Rahsia Dua Dimensi<\/em>, Industrial Booster, KAED Pop Run and Symphonic Night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening ceremony was officiated by the Dean of Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED), Prof. Ar. Dr. Abdul Razak Sapian at KAED Main Auditorium, IIUM Gombak. ***<\/p>\n\n\n\n
