Prof. Dr. Ishtiaq Hossain, a lecturer from the Department of Political Science, this morning (Sunday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the same day, KIRKHS also lost Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Chuah, former academic from the Department of Usuluddin and Comparative Religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\npassing of beloved Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ishtiaq Hossain and Dr. Osman Chuah have\ngreatly saddened our community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0153IRKHSSS would like to express our condolences to the families of both almarhum. May Allah bestow upon them at the highest and noblest position in Jannatul Firdaus,\u009d according to a quote from <em>Telegram<\/em> message by KIRKHS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from that, a virtual <em>Yasin<\/em> recitation and <em>doa selamat <\/em>organised by the Secretariat of Political Science (POSSA) was held tonight (25 July) via Zoom aimed at seeking Allahs blessing, forgiveness and protection for the late almarhum and his family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is Allah that takes and it is He that gives, and He prescribes a certain destiny for every matter. May Allah place them with the righteous one and make them pass successfully in all the stages of the life after death.
