GOMBAK, 9 April 2021: As tomorrow is the day of the election for the IIUM Student Union (IIUMSU), IIUM Election Commission issued the guideline and important information for the voters on 10th April 2021 from 9 a.m until 5 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seats that you need to vote, and the list of candidates names are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Constituency<\/strong>
President: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muhammad Hafeez Bin Zainal Abidin
Muhammad Darwisy Bin Roslan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy President I: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Md Muhibbullah
Anasofea Binti Md Ridzwan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice President I:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fajru Shofilula
Ain Nuha Binti Abu Bakar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vice President II<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following steps are the guidelines for voters during the voting session:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Request ballot to vote:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to itasweet.iium.edu.my.<\/li>
  2. Click \u0153Request Ballot\u009d.<\/li>
  3. Enter your matric number.<\/li>
  4. A link has been sent to your IIUM email. Check your IIUM email at www.livemail.iium.edu.my<\/a> <\/li>
  5. Click the email from noreply@itasweet.com<\/a><\/li>
  6. Click the link provided in the email. You will be directed to the voting ballot.<\/li>
  7. If the email cannot be found:
    step 1: check spam\/junk section
    step 2: if still not appear, wait for 10minutes
    step 3: if still not appear, please contact the IIUMSU Election Commission.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Vote your candidates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the same page of the voting ballot, click \u0153Select Candidate\u009d for each seat.<\/li>
    2. Click the \u0153Vote\u009d button for the one candidate that you choose. <\/li>
    3. After the votes for all provided seats have been completed, click on \u0153Submit Ballot\u009d.<\/li>
    4. Click \u0153Confirm\u009d.<\/li>
    5. You will be directed to a new page saying, \u0153Your Ballot has been submitted\u009d.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
