{"id":132098,"date":"2019-10-07T01:20:33","date_gmt":"2019-10-07T01:20:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=132098"},"modified":"2019-10-12T15:12:25","modified_gmt":"2019-10-12T15:12:25","slug":"pentas-dakwah-4-0-six-in-the-finalist-to-grab-title","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=132098","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Pentas Dakwah 4.0&#8221;: Six in the finalist to grab title"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>By Hakim\nMahari and Iylia Marsya Iskandar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GOMBAK, 7 October 2019: Six out of twelve contestants will be competing in the final stage of the fourth installation of Pentas Dakwah 4.0 to grab the ultimate title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organised by the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), the preliminary and semi-final stage took place at Presentation Lab B (KENMS) last Saturday (5 October).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an interview with IIUMToday, the programme manager of Pentas Dakwah 4.0, Yasser Yasin, stated that a unique concept was brought in during this installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We invited other universities such as Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM) and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) to make it an inter-varsity competition as it provides a platform for students to enhance their talents as preachers,&#8221; Yasser said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the finalists of Pentas Dakwah 4.0 is Nurul Balqis Dania Binti Ahmad Shahaili, a student of Bachelor in Civil Law from UiTM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being\nthe only female finalist, Balqis stressed that it is a duty for every humankind\nto carry Islam and convey the wisdom that Islam holds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I also want to prove that all students in all courses can also perform the <em>da&#8217;wah<\/em> and it is not only the duty of students who are taking Islamic courses from Islamic universities.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132107\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16-768x768.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-06-at-23.13.16.jpeg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Finalists of Pentas Dakwah 4.0 <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Balqis will share the stage with Shauqi Shakir Bin Mohd Shukri, Abdul Hakim Bin Suhaimi, Mohamad Hafiz Bin Mohd Zaki, Khairul Aizat Bin Yusof and Ahmad Ahnaf Bin Zaimi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final of Pentas Dakwah 4.0 is expected to be held on 9 October at Moot Court, AIKOL at 8.00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finalists are expected to deliver their <em>tazkirah<\/em> within seven minutes under the theme &#8220;<em>da&#8217;wah out of the box&#8221;
