There are others who will say that they can achieve what you did but the difference is, you all did it,\u009d said Prince Edward in his congratulatory speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also spent his time for meet and greet session with the recipients to share some best moments throughout their journey to complete the award. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-13-at-1.01.55-AM-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-131244\" width=\"271\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-13-at-1.01.55-AM-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-13-at-1.01.55-AM-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-13-at-1.01.55-AM.jpeg 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 271px) 100vw, 271px\" \/><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Also present at the ceremony was the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Steven Sim Chee Keong, and the British High Commissioner to Malaysia, Charles Hay.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award, which also named as &#8220;Anugerah Remaja Perdana Malaysia&#8221; (ARPM) by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, requires the completion of 5 elements in 18 months which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Service <\/li><li>Skills <\/li><li>Physical Recreation<\/li><li>Adventurous Journey <\/li><li>Residential Project. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>IIUM awardees completed the fifth element over five other countries, which were India, Cambodia, Philippine, Thailand and Turkey.
