Hence, having a healthy lifestyle should start with yourself. You can join the health awareness campaign called &#8220;Fit IIUM 2019&#8221; here in campus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign, designed to promote health awareness among the campus community, will be held in April in collaboration with Global Youth Premier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several programmes will be organised throughout the campaign starting with \u0153FIT <em>Subh<\/em>\u009d on 6 April at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) mosque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0153Health Awareness Talk\u009d will be conducted on 12 April at Experimental Hall and \u0153Fit Neon Run\u009d will be held on 27 April around IIUM campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign will end with \u0153Lights and Arts Festival (LAF) Cultural Night\u009d to be held on 30 April at Main Auditorium, IIUM. ***<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Amira Syafiqa GOMBAK, 20 March 2019 &#8211; Taking care of our body will promote a healthy lifestyle.
