{"id":123576,"date":"2018-09-28T07:10:10","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T23:10:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=123576"},"modified":"2018-09-28T07:10:10","modified_gmt":"2018-09-27T23:10:10","slug":"icrs2018-to-discuss-religion-science-philosophy-and-ethics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.iium.edu.my\/?p=123576","title":{"rendered":"ICRS2018 to discuss religion, science, philosophy and ethics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>By Aida Zemani<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GOMBAK, 28 September 2018: An International Conference on Religion, Culture and Governance in the Contemporary World (ICRSC2018) will be held on 3 until 4 October at Senate Hall, IIUM.<\/p>\n<p>Organised by KIRKHS, the conference is to encourage researchers, academics and practitioners to submit their original research papers for publication consideration as well as organising research for a Research Colloquium inviting postgraduate students to present their research findings.<\/p>\n<p>The highlights of the conference are to promote opportunities for publication, a multidisciplinary conference where it will shed light on various aspects of development, with distinguished speakers from different parts of the world as well as the postgraduate students colloquium.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will be discussing religion and science, philosophy, ethics and religion. It will also be focusing on gender issues, language and literature, arts and culture, governance and e-governance, education, politics as well as NGOs.<\/p>\n<p>Four events were held previously prior to the conference which include Call for Paper, Abstract Submission Deadline, Decision on Abstract and Final Paper Submission.<\/p>\n<p>All IIUM students are invited to join the conference on the date stated above.
